App would crash 2/26 when trying the ticket side. Contacted the support team through email and received a response next day and a 2nd response today alerting me to an update to fix the issue. The update fixed an issue on the Ticketmaster side and the app now works as intended. I appreciate support for the timely response and fix to the issue as there are a lot of companies that don't stand behind their product. Do the update and contact them if it doesn't help your problem. Thanks

Experiencing all the same problems, will not fully load and open. Had to got Brittany Lion Club site to get tickets download. Just send me a damn paper ticket, that barcode scans faster than a phone screen.

It will not open. This app is THE worst. Who runs this app, So embarrassing for a major university. It never works. Its just terrible.

I don't understand why the media loading always has problems. As big of a school as PSU is to have this kind of app issues is kinda crazy!
