I find it great. I am easily able to create multiple notebooks for different things, and it makes it easy to just open up and start typing. Never had any difficulty adding an entry or an idea. And I can hop on any device as needed. It's simple and very user-friendly which is what you want for something like this. I use it for journaling, short stories, poetry and songwriting. I have a notebook for each. Also getting emails of what I wrote 4 years ago etc. is great, particularly for my journal.

I love using Penzu, but I think it would be a better app if I could create journals within a journal. For example, I'd have a journal called 'Sewing' and then inside that, I could have separate journals for each project, like 'Bargello Quilt' or 'Four Patch Quilt'. This would help me keep all my notes and photos really organized in their proper projects.

Recently downgraded from Pro to basic having been a user for many years. I can view all my entries on the basic desk top version but using the Android mobile app shows only limited entries. I've checked the FAQ and don't see any answers to this and there is no contact support to ask what the solution is. They want you to pay for any support.

I've been trying to get into my account I made years ago. I must've sent at least 20 emails to change the password I've forgotten, but none of them have gone through. I can't contact anyone about it, cause there's no option on the support page to do so. I know it was on this email I made my account, because trying to make a new account with this same email, it tells me that it's already in use. This is my last resort for help getting back into my account!

I set my journal password, I still remember it, but it says the password is wrong, only if there was an option to reset my password through my connected email, I need help there is important things in that journal!
