I find it great. I am easily able to create multiple notebooks for different things, and it makes it easy to just open up and start typing. Never had any difficulty adding an entry or an idea. And I can hop on any device as needed. It's simple and very user-friendly which is what you want for something like this. I use it for journaling, short stories, poetry and songwriting. I have a notebook for each. Also getting emails of what I wrote 4 years ago etc. is great, particularly for my journal.

Its so good (for me) that I buy the Pro version. I prefer an online journal and Penzu suits me fine. I can sync. It across all the platforms I use, phone, tablet, laptop and PC. Try it.

I've been trying to get into my account I made years ago. I must've sent at least 20 emails to change the password I've forgotten, but none of them have gone through. I can't contact anyone about it, cause there's no option on the support page to do so. I know it was on this email I made my account, because trying to make a new account with this same email, it tells me that it's already in use. This is my last resort for help getting back into my account!

I set my journal password, I still remember it, but it says the password is wrong, only if there was an option to reset my password through my connected email, I need help there is important things in that journal!

I used to like the features of the free account and decided to upgrade to Pro. After paying for my subscription I did not get access to Pro features and never got a response from Penzu apart from irrelevant automated responses. I wish I knew partial refunds are available via Google Play when you cancel an annual subscription. The whole experience was a pity as the app was what I needed. It also crashed on my entries in the free version, which were lost.
