★★☆☆☆ I can not organize my bill or change the names of the accounts. Last time I called to get help I was disconnected when she transferred the call. Wes using the online version that work perfectly and let me organize things the way I like them. Now that just take you to the app.

★★☆☆☆ It's not the greatest just like their customer service and the way they rob people for their hard-earned money, they make it to where you get overdraft charges instead of transactions happening in real-time, banks are such a rip-off, love the bowling green location tho!! They have always been so nice the rest of the branches are rude and don't care about their customers whatsoever.
