Peoples Bank customer service inside the branches far and away the best most accommodating people I've ever dealt with in a bank. It reminds me of when I would go to the BofA in Richmond, CA with my grandma in the 70s. Instead of standing in line we would all be sitting and while waiting for our turn they would come around and ask if you wanted a coffee or a water and then come out to you to get your deposit or have you come up to the window to hand you your cash withdrawal. But this app sucks.

I do almost all my banking with the app. I can check my balance daily. It makes all aspects of banking much easier. The Help desk is professional and courteous.

I used to enjoy using the app for mobile banking, but it recently quit working. I uninstalled it and when I tried to download again, it says my device is not compatible. My phone is less than 5 years old and still easily downloads other apps. Please fix so I can use the app again!

The newest update is horrible. I used to tell everyone how amazing People's Bank App was...not anymore.

Latest update isn't really an update at all. Basically just changed the color schemes. I still can't see all transactions by default. Have to make an extra click. Who wants to see only the last 5 transactions?! Still asks me every time I use Belle if I want to check my contacts. Why can't it remember I've said no every time? Still haven't found a way to make a recurring Belle payment via this app. Is that an option? And now it's an extra click to log out of the app. Give me the old app version.
