I had an ugly experience with this company. I subscribed this energy to our new apartment using my husband's details. I never received an account number. I called the company, and they asked me to start afresh with my own name, making it 2 account. They assured me that the one I did online would not take effect. After a few days, we got an account number for the one I did online. Next thing, I got an exorbitant bill of 4 days on the account under my name while we have not moved in yet.

Makes you log in almost every time you open it. Might as well use the website instead because it has more features and functionality. 5/4/2024 They still haven't fixed the login issue. They should enable fingerprint login but of course they won't listen to the users.
