PepDialed: Peptide Tracker

PepDialed is a peptide tracker and peptide calculator for adults who mix their own vials. Work out reconstitution, see how much to draw into your syringe, keep a vial inventory, follow your peptide protocol, log every injection and rotate injection sites. Whether you track peptides or a GLP-1 routine, it all lives in one app, with no account needed.

PEPTIDE CALCULATOR
The peptide calculator works with your own numbers: enter the peptide in the vial (mg), the bacteriostatic water you added (mL) and the dose you plan to take in mg, mcg or IU. It shows the mL to draw, the units on your insulin syringe, the concentration in mg/mL and how many doses the vial holds. Think of it as a peptide dosage calculator and syringe calculator in one: it draws the fill level and warns you when the draw does not fit the syringe you chose, U-30, U-50 or U-100. For IU you enter the IU-per-mg potency yourself, so the conversion stays in view.

RECONSTITUTION CALCULATOR
Mixing a new vial? The peptide reconstitution calculator works backwards: pick the syringe unit mark you want each dose to land on, and it tells you how much bacteriostatic water to add, with the resulting concentration and doses per vial. It doubles as a BAC water calculator and flags any answer above 20 mL.

VIAL TRACKER
Add each vial with its name, peptide mg, water mL, batch or lot number, storage (refrigerated, room temperature or frozen) and expiration date. Your peptide inventory shows concentration, remaining mL and doses left, and a low-stock warning appears inside the app. Filter by All, In use or Expired, and edit or delete a vial at any time. When you log or check off a dose, the drawn volume is deducted from its vial, so remaining mL and doses left stay in step with your dose log.

PROTOCOLS AND TODAY VIEW
Build a protocol with the dose per shot, a frequency (daily, every other day, twice weekly or weekly), up to four dose times a day (8 AM, noon, 4 PM or 8 PM), a start date, a cycle length of 1 to 52 weeks, an optional titration step that repeats every set number of weeks, and the route: SubQ, IM, oral or nasal. The Today view turns your peptide schedule into a week strip with dots on dose days, plus today's and tomorrow's doses with time, amount, mL, site and route. Tap to confirm a dose as taken, tap again to undo.

INJECTION TRACKER AND DOSE LOG
Log an injection as you take it, with the compound, dose, site, route and a note — a simple peptide dose tracker. Every taken dose keeps the concentration it was drawn at, so editing a vial later never changes the mL shown for past doses. The searchable history doubles as your peptide journal: find doses by compound, site, route or note, and add or edit a note later.

INJECTION SITE TRACKER
A front and back body map covers 12 sites: abdomen quadrants, thighs, flanks, glutes and arms, each color-coded by how long it has rested. PepDialed suggests the next site (the site of your next scheduled dose, otherwise the one used least recently), and you can log a dose right from the map. Choose a rest period of 3, 5, 7 or 14 days in Settings.

DOSE REMINDERS
Get injection reminders for your scheduled doses at dose time or 15, 30 or 60 minutes before, plus a test notification.
