My 3 year old daughter loves this...so much so I bought her another magazine. It wouldn't download. I followed the instructions to un/ reinstall the app but instead of now having access to 2 magazines we don't have access to any. Downloading the first magazine was an issue too. Very disappointing especially when you consider the automatic right to refund has been revoked because we're supposed to have immediate access to our purchases. Reading through other people's reviews there are far too many people having the same issue as me. It's about time this was sorted out. How do I get my money back? I am owed £4.98.
