I am still exploring the new app, so I will update the review once I know it better. 1. The main current account screen only shows a limited number of transactions. In order to see more you have to press the pink text "All transactions". Once you do that you have access to all your transactions organized by month. Very nice indeed, it deserves some sort of prize! Shame it took me so long to figure out how to get there. 2. Most of the mail history has disappeared since moving to the new app!

App went from nice understandable and elegant to something I don't even know how to use, horrible experience, lots of bugs, and I'm not even able to chat with customer service since it doesn't want to how the option to reply

Terrible UI, Terrible customer support and I'm forced to contact MAX for half of the time instead of actually getting customer support. You cannot have two cards at the same time, and for some reason my card was frozen today, unexpectedly and for an unexplainable reason. DO NOT JOIN THIS BANK. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. A LOT OF THINGS COULD'VE BEEN AVOIDED IF I WAS IN A DIFFERENT BANK.
