First, please fix your logistics and customer support. It was never this bad before. Other companies manage timely deliveries, while my fully paid orders have been pending for over a week with poor tracking, no proper communication, and no clear delivery timeline. Customer support asks me to email, and the email response gives no timeline or resolution. You’re running Freedom Sale ads everywhere, but struggling to deliver already-paid orders. As a regular customer, this has been a horrific.
