I have PER023 for my Galaxy Watch Ultra. It works great except for the heart rate. It rarely works. If I assign the heart rate in the top complication, it usually works, but I would like to use the fixed heart rate that shows the zones. Any suggestions?

Please read review before you buy!. Disappointment watch face isn't what I thought. Thought it showed what the weather was outside via animation. Unable to get a refund.

This is the 2nd watch face I have purchased from this company and both times the weather did not update. The step count did not refresh back to zero at the beginning of the day. I was excited because it had everything I was looking for but the bugs rendered this face useless. I am requesting a full refund please.
