Description
Perceptron is a new incremental game which is based around the idea of building and training a neural network. The concepts behind a neural network have been distilled to their essence in this idle simulation.
Not to say the game is simple. Sure, it starts simple with only nodes, training, and data, but soon balloons into a complex idle game with prestige and upgrades. Not to mention offline support.
Take on the role of a young undergraduate student as you become quite the idle tycoon. Soon you'll be rivaling even GPT-3.
Perceptron is not just another idle clicker. It was designed around the idea of training a neural network and has taken inspiration from many neural network topics. Who knows, you might even end up learning something.

Good Reed and idle game, learning so much about neural networks and machine learning

Ya know. I've been playing this for about 6 months and as slow as it was to progress I've learned to appreciate this game. It's not exactly simple. But it's. Not impossible. You can spend all day on it, or 1 minute a day and still progress. It's well-thought-out and, considering its simple graphics, leaves me wondering what will come next. I highly recommend anyone who likes idle games but doesn't like the daily routine that comes with most of them to try this one out.

I might be making a mistake, but progress is incredibly slow and involved. This makes the game a chore, which is obviously not good.
★☆☆☆☆Jason “Navi” Johnson· Oct 18, 2023
Far too slow, with some things being completely useless (looking at you 0.03 data per second when I can tap for 17 every 3 seconds - that's 200x faster). When a game has people suggesting looking at your progress weekly. That's just too slow.
★★☆☆☆Timothy Ralston· Mar 31, 2024
Ah yes, the "idle" game where upgrades cost in the 100ps of millions of reps but give less than a rep per second. Itd feel more genuine if they weren't selling days of progress for real money, super lame move on the devs part.

Please Fix Leaderboard The leaderboard at the high-end game doesn't count my progress. PLZ fix
