Description

PercoGrid is a fun percolation app for statistical physics learning. Build an L×L square lattice where each cell is independently occupied with probability p, then observe how connected clusters form and grow.

Key features:
• Interactive lattice simulator with adjustable occupancy probability p (0 to 1)
• Real-time visualization of occupied clusters on a canvas grid
• Highlight the largest cluster and any spanning cluster that crosses the system
• Union-Find (Disjoint Set Union) algorithm for efficient connectivity analysis
• Support for 4-neighbor and 8-neighbor connectivity rules
• Configurable span direction: left-to-right or top-to-bottom
• Percolation probability curve scanner showing P(spanning) vs p
• Critical threshold reference at p_c ≈ 0.5927 for square 4-neighbor lattices
• Cluster analysis with size distribution charts and ranked cluster list
