Good expenses management app. Needs few improvements. (1) Autofill is not working in newer version. While logging in email ID is not getting autofilled, earlier by putting 2 words email ID was used to appear and when we touch on keyboard it used to get populated same issue happening while entering Remarks (2) categories are not at sync with web version. The categories created in web are not appearing in app.

I was truly amazed at using this application 10 years ago. I didn't continue using this due to the rusty user interface. I decided to retry the application but disappointed that I am unable to add accounts. Keeps giving an error "Unable to connect to Institution. We will fix this asap" Update The team responded very clearly on the issues. Compliments to the Support team for their transparency in respect of the response. However, currently I am unable to update multiple accounts automatically.

Perfios is very good for managing your financial records. The recent update is very good but the delete account option without confirmation is very risky. Request to add a confirmation when delete button is pressed.

No update since more than 2 years. Obviously there are many things to improve, but no update means they think there's nothing to improve. N now, I can't even login. Am stuck at the login screen. That too when I'm on a paid plan.

The support from Perfios has worsened a lot. Now they do not respond to tickets raised via email. I was not able to upload a contract note. A ticket was raised. However, there is no response.... Even after repeated follow-ups. Have been using this app for last 3 years. Have been waiting for Miscellaneous category to be shown in the app. I fail to understand why Miscellaneous can be seen on Computer browser and not on App.

User to be a great service and app. Especially back in the day when its web interface was built on Flash and not current HTML5. HTML5's transition sucked big time. Almost 70% of functionality was missing. And now in 30%, most of the auto updates are not working. I stopped my gold membership this year, after many years of reliable service. It's just sad that such a "once good" product is now almost unusable due to sheer indifference towards paid customers. Will not recommend anymore. 5* to 1*
