PerfumeX

PerfumeX is a live auction marketplace for perfume, built for buyers in Kurdistan and Iraq. Our team sources and lists every lot: each bottle is photographed, described and given a starting price, then opened to bidding. You browse, you bid, and if you win, the bottle is delivered to your door and you pay the driver in cash.

HOW THE AUCTION WORKS

Every lot runs on a countdown. Place a bid above the current price and you hold the lead until someone outbids you. If a bid lands in the final 60 seconds, the clock extends automatically, so a lot cannot be taken by a last-second bid. It closes only when the bidding genuinely stops.

Some lots also carry a Buy Now price. Take it and the lot closes immediately in your name, with no waiting for the countdown.

A bid is a binding commitment to buy. Only bid on a lot you intend to pay for.

WHEN YOU WIN

Lots you win collect in your Won tab. From there the order moves through four delivery stages you can follow in the app: Pending, Preparing, On the Way, and Delivered. Once it reaches Delivered, your receipt is issued and kept in the app, so you always have a record of what you bought and what you paid.

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

No payment is taken in this app. There is no card entry, no wallet, no in-app purchase and no subscription. You pay cash to the delivery driver when your perfume arrives. Real bottles are shipped to addresses across Kurdistan and Iraq; you save your governorate, city and address once and reuse it on every order.

WHAT EACH LISTING TELLS YOU

Size in millilitres, concentration (EDP, EDT, Parfum or Extrait), type (Original, Original Tester or Tester), condition and category, alongside photographs, the current price and the time left. Everything you need to decide is on the lot page before you bid.

NOTIFICATIONS

Push alerts let you know when you have been outbid, when an auction you are following is about to end, and when you have won a lot. That is all we send.

FIVE TABS

Explore for auctions that are open now. Bids for everything you have bid on. Saved for lots you have favourited. Alerts for your notifications. Won for the lots that are yours, with their delivery stage and receipts.

LANGUAGES

English, Arabic, Kurdish Sorani and Kurdish Badini. Change language at any time in Settings and the whole app follows, including right-to-left layout.

YOUR ACCOUNT

Sign up with an Iraqi phone number and confirm it with a code sent to you on WhatsApp; you can also sign in with a password. You must be 18 or over to bid, because a bid commits you to a purchase.

There is no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no cross-app tracking in this app, and we do not sell your data. You can delete your account and its data from Settings, under Delete account, or through the web form at https://perfumex.app/privacy-request.html
