Just purchased cinema tickets that ended up costing me pretty much the same compared to if I were to buy them directly through the cinema without a discount. 3 x Vue cinema tickets costing £14.25 here and then having to pay a further £7.50 to the cinema = £21.75 with the discount applied whereas normally 3 x adult tickets are £22.47, but I got 1x adult and 2x kids tickets which would have cost £21.47. Completely pointless app and waste of time.

I was charged for a glitch in the system. I tried the help feature and upon submission it just goes to a blank screen. There's no way to contact them except for an online submission that doesn't work. I want my 900 dollars back.

This app/business is lacking in many ways. I've spent months racking up points to cash out an E-code offer which they've deactivated. So now all my points are useless-- and unlike the UK we can't cash them out to credits in US!
