Our company makes you log in with your work SSO, this is only available on your work phone or laptop, there is no way to log in to Perks from a personal device and no way to sign up to services it links to using personal SSO (like Gmail) since those aren't available on your work device. Using perks in our company is painful at best, many offers I simply can't figure out how to use. Given we are the first logo listed on the perks' website you'd think they would make this work better

Gift card purchases has been disabled for weeks. Their support has not be able to tell me why or when it will be fixed. I have lots of points that I can't redeem.

Just purchased cinema tickets that ended up costing me pretty much the same compared to if I were to buy them directly through the cinema without a discount. 3 x Vue cinema tickets costing £14.25 here and then having to pay a further £7.50 to the cinema = £21.75 with the discount applied whereas normally 3 x adult tickets are £22.47, but I got 1x adult and 2x kids tickets which would have cost £21.47. Completely pointless app and waste of time.
