The app is fine, unless you have an item that was not delivered. Second year in a row I've ordered an ornament for Christmas, wasn't provided a tracking number, and the order was never delivered. Then after being told I had to wait until a certain day before they could issue a reorder, I was told that was an error, and they STILL couldn't resend my 20 dollar ornament. Finally spoke to a real person to correct the issue, and I'm not confident that this will fix it either. Won't use them again.

This was my first experience ordering. The entire experience has been horrible. I received a personalized mug for a gift, and I thought it was wonderful! I ordered personalized mugs for some friends of mine on Feb 1st. They were supposed to be delivered by Feb 11. They were at a warehouse on February 8th, 30 away! I just checked the tracking, they left there, and! Went to Maryland and now Michigan! I'm in Ohio! I at first was so excited to give these to my friends, I requested a refund

Let me clarify upfront that im not writing about this app but am I commenting about this company. I ordered two items for Mother's Day and paid extra shipping cost for faster delivery (insert sarcastic laugh) which I'm still currently waiting for delivery. I contacted customer service and with a vague response and an incorrect refund amount for the extra shipping I paid for I have come to the committed conclusion that this company is not as professional as they would like to present themselves!
