Let me clarify upfront that im not writing about this app but am I commenting about this company. I ordered two items for Mother's Day and paid extra shipping cost for faster delivery (insert sarcastic laugh) which I'm still currently waiting for delivery. I contacted customer service and with a vague response and an incorrect refund amount for the extra shipping I paid for I have come to the committed conclusion that this company is not as professional as they would like to present themselves!

Difficult website to set up personalized product. Not impressed. I feel the issue is being addressed as user error which is entirely untrue and a sad deflection from a valid issue. For instance, most photo design apps, ie: Shutter fly allow even the "inexperienced" user to create text and then move the text box to not impact the photo. Personal Creations does not. Utilizing ENTER or SPACE BAR is the only means to manipulate your design. Text sizing, a few font options and a few color choices are

This was my first experience ordering. The entire experience has been horrible. I received a personalized mug for a gift, and I thought it was wonderful! I ordered personalized mugs for some friends of mine on Feb 1st. They were supposed to be delivered by Feb 11. They were at a warehouse on February 8th, 30 away! I just checked the tracking, they left there, and! Went to Maryland and now Michigan! I'm in Ohio! I at first was so excited to give these to my friends, I requested a refund
