Description

Personara is a character development app using guidance from psychology - for stories, world building, screenwriting, or any creative endeavor. Simply adjust a few sliders to set a character's personality and the app will suggest traits and motivations. Additional modules let you outline a character story (with templates such as Save The Cat! beat sheets and Hero's Journey), track a character's lifepath (relationships, achievements, setbacks), provide details on their upbringing, spirituality, physical traits, skills, education, and work history. Tag individual characters for quick-reference information. Supports multiple stories and multiple characters per story.

Recent changes:
Added Landscape orientation support and Module visibility toggle. Turning modules on and off does not delete data, only hides the cards in the character editor.

★★★★★ I like the part where you can use mbti and auto generate traits for you. I usually have a hard time deciding their personalities. Hope you will add the storage location thingie coz I put my apps on my sd card

★★★★★ I don't do a LOT of personal story writing with OCs and stuff, and I do some small things, with like, AUs, and I really enjoy using this for small character biographies to help me keep track of them all. Favorite feature: easy way to get a Myers-Briggs personality for characters (ISTP, ENFJ, etc.), plus easy way to get character traits in a list Least Favorite: some aspects of characters are a bit too hyper-specific (I don't think I know their parents level of education 😅)

★★☆☆☆ It seems like a great app for creating your characters and helping with indecisiveness, but I can't really use some of the features without lagging or glitching or something, specifically the parts where I need to write stuff down. I'll write a bit then it'd stop me from writing more, and it won't let me completely clear the space, it keeps just 1 letter there, and I can't delete it. Makes typing hard.

★★☆☆☆ Good app for understanding characters and creating deep psychological matters, but It keeps deleting characters, so fix this bug, and I'll come around to update this review, thanks
