Oh yes good app for buying and selling gold. Gold is going up buy low sell high.

The verification process is tedious to say the least. What's evident is there are some very manual processes behind it. Still once it's verified it's easy to trade, even in tiny amounts e.g. 0.01oz of gold which makes it easy to build a portfolio over time. Recent updates to the app including biometric authentication is great and the addition to trade silver is warmly welcomed.

How many requests do you need to put in before they will delete your account. You can't set up the account properly so don't waste your time with this app.

Setting up a bank link is a nightmare when using Gold pass. I ended up spending many weeks trying to get documentation from both ends to get my link to work. In the end the entire link failed simply cause while Gold pass is good at demanding documents from other banks they have zero ability to produce documents for other banks. So before you go actually start the process to use this app... Really just consider if you want to bother with the hassle. Me personally... I am going back ETFs.

Now interested in purchasing synthetic paper metals not backed by physical products, fabrication fees have increased by X5 in the last year! $1000 per 1000 Oz ounce bar🤦 Perth Mint has no physical silver as allocated customers are being told 6–8 months on physical delivery. $6 Billion in precious metals' debt which is the so called $6 billion in held metals.... It's paper not physical. 11 ton leased gold!!! Or being given Chinese bars! Not support this criminal organization! Buy Physical.

Fix your damn app! I have tried 3 times to get this app running. Confirmation email doesn't come through, and the app keeps crashing. It looks so promising, but it just doesn't work. Disappointed
