Why on Earth does this app now restart your date and time to the present date/time whenever you try scheduling something ⁉️ This makes no sense!! So if you have to adjust the time on an appointment you already have scheduled, you better make sure you remember what the date was set to, because it's going to reset to today's date on you every time...just dumb. That's a downgrade to the logic of this app.

App works as it should 95% of the time. The other 5% is a reminder that nothing is perfect, and it's truly a 1st world problem. There are some inconsistencies with the program that are more concerning than the function of the app. At the start, there was a bit of a learning curve, but basically, straight forward to use if the desktop dashboard is set up correctly. This works very well, making me question the technical abilities of the users giving lower ratings. Thanks for reading!

05/07/22 still AWFUL!!!! Connection issues, signs you out constantly, not efficient whatever... 0 stars. Still issues only fix I found is once a week uninstall, reinstall, log in, let it refresh, log out, close app, and restart.... PATHETIC

Excellent before Android 14, Scheduled times are all wrong almost like they are in a different time zone. My timezone on my phone is correct and so is the time itself, the issue is only on here. Please update

I have to use this app because my employer does. My only complaint is how it takes over the volume controls of my phone, turning the ringtone and notification volumes all the way down to zero on my Galaxy S22 Ultra. This issue never occurred until I installed Westpac, and I can't deny permission to control volume settings due to how Westpac was designed. I'm currently searching for an alternative Pest Mgmt application that my employer will agree to, and delete this app altogether.
