Slow to load, error messages when attempting to sign in, card status still says "pending" even though my status is active. So, that means that I'm still held up in scheduling a vet appointment. 2 stars-needs definite work, yet has potential to be a very useful and efficient service/app.

I have been paying on this plan for quite some time. Turns out you sold plans to a company with several employees that our out of luck. YOU have NO providers in the Reno or Sparks area! None! I found this out after my dog was sick in ER and spent over a thousand dollars I have paid hundreds for YOUR plan that I can't use. 6000 vets, huh? Not ONE in RENO or SPARKS. I asked you to cancel my plan, and you would not do it. I give you a ZERO rating if I could as you were ZERO help. PET ASSURE is a scam.

Not helpful that I have to drive 45 mins away just to have my dog see my a vet that accepts this insurance. Not a satisfied customer!
