I switched to Petals from Pet Paradise after losing my account which has no customer service or no contact available at all. PetPals offer quick log in and is much more secure. I logged in after several years and all my purchased items were exactly there as I left. I don't understand the low ratings here, I come from the Pet Society era and this app is the only available app atm which provides the authentic Pet Society experience. Thank you so much for giving me the best game of my life❤️

Everything is costly. Getting mounts is time-consuming and very difficult. Wasted a lot of yc in baits just so I could get a single mount other than the Orca one (which is a common mount to catch), but to no avail. Instead of enjoying, I just get frustrated. Also, I hope we can trade yellow coins with a blue coin in the bank. More mini-games as well please! It's a good game, but needs more improvement.

I love this game. I hope there are more improvements made. Just like what everyone said, I am also looking forward to trading yc to blue coins. Because not everyone can afford to buy blue coins. In my case, I wanted to buy blue coins, however, the network or telco I use is always unavailable. The only option is opening a bank acc. Also, the screen time is too short. When I open it again, it leads me back to the login screen. The Arcade also has bugs. Please fix this.

Installed for the Pet Society nostalgia. Made my cute bunny Pet, created an account, and into the game I went... only to see a white bear instead of my bunny. I couldn't even get through the tutorial. I got to the Garden, and was prompted to plant a seed. I have a Samsung Flip, so my screen in longer but more narrow than most. This caused the buttons (that weren't even active) on the screen to block the patch I was supposed to plant. Couldn't do anything. Deleted my account and uninstalled.
