I switched to Petals from Pet Paradise after losing my account which has no customer service or no contact available at all. PetPals offer quick log in and is much more secure. I logged in after several years and all my purchased items were exactly there as I left. I don't understand the low ratings here, I come from the Pet Society era and this app is the only available app atm which provides the authentic Pet Society experience. Thank you so much for giving me the best game of my life❤️

The game itself is fun, nostalgic for Pet Society fans. However, the community creates a lot of fomo and is cliquey.

Extremely buggy, especially in the stadium race, placing the seed in the planting spot like a 100 times till it work, the blue coins fish bait don't work, u can buy like 500 coin baits and get nothing, decorating a room is so buggy and the layers of items u placed change every time u log into the game, the game is so cute but the bugs makes me want to uninstall it, also add at least 1 method to earn the blue coins for free in the game like watching ads

Disappointed. Just downloaded the game, created my character appearance, and after linking my account the characters' appearance completely reset. Deleted this account, created a new one, created the same appearance, and it did it agai. Instantly uninstalled.
