This makes everything more easy and convenient, need to book an appointment for our pets? Open the app and do it through this app, our local vet responds pretty quickly and books us in, you get the vaccine record through the app for places like doggy daycare

The new layout is horrible. With several pets, not being able to see them all on one screen at a glance and when their vaccines are due is an issue. Now, I have to click one button for pets, the next button for a specific pet, the next button for the medical records, the next button to go back to the pet screen, and then again to repeat for SEVERAL pets to see who is due for what/when. The old layout I could see it all on one screen. This is a waste of time.

First, you want to control the information inputted into my pet's records. I'm not allowed to input or control any of the information I want / need to put into my pet's profiles. Second, I go to delete my account cause this app is not what I'm looking for, and your message says I have to personally EMAIL you to delete an account I just created 5 minutes ago. That's ridiculous. Third, I email you to delete my account and pet information and expect an email to say "Account Deleted." But nope!

Deleted all my pets' info - got a new phone, had to log back into all my apps and when I went to make an appt for one of my cats, BOTH cats' info, chosen vet, medical history, and previous appts and prescriptions were gone. Apparently I have to re-add them again. NOT okay and somewhat concerning. I know they're just cats, but that info is still private and shouldn't just disappear. I'm so unimpressed and aggravated right now. Not okay. At all.
