I get an authentication error when I try to log in. I am on the latest version, user ID and password are correct, the company has signed up for the mobile app (and I sometimes I can log in to it). I am on Android 8.0.0

So far it's a 0-Star (1 because I have to) for me. It won't even open on Samsung Galaxy S24! Just crashes immediately. Please fix ASAP!

I was told to log in after signing my dog up for daycare. But the settings button doesn't work and there's no option to sign up... Only to login.

It failed to open on pixel 8 pro. It does work on pixel 6 pro with Android 14.
