I have a very sick dog and purchased this $180 device help put my mind at ease. The app will not work and keeps closing, and the email support doesn't even work!!! I and my so disappointed. I will be calling tomorrow to return!! UPDATE:: Costumer Service worked with me to get the app to work on my phone and get everything situated! I now can monitor my pup while I am at work and she's is at my house. One thing I would like to see if is it had Wi-Fi built into the collar it's self and do away with the "router" box thing. My dog goes from my house to my parents house, and it's too difficult to take the router box back and forth. Other than that the collar is awesome.

Absolutely brilliant. Easy to set up. Easy to fit. Readings came through straight away. Intuitive interface with great "at a glance" information. Additional information at your fingertips for each element which explains things like pulse ranges, RRR and more. Interesting newsfeed which has articles on a broad spectrum of topics (e.g. allergies etc.). For Australian pet owners, the vets at Orivet - the Australian distributors - were fantastic. They took time to show me the interfaces, the product and were excited about their contribution to bringing the technology to Australian pet owners and vets.

Horrible - DO NOT BUY! I can't say I'd recommend this product/app. If you're looking for a pet health monitoring system, I'd highly recommend Fit bark or Voyce. There are other products on amazon that use cell service. When I tried out the pet pace product, nothing would update. Well, after being frustrated, I just wanted to return the product for a refund... As their return policy is 31 days. The whole return process was a fiasco as they insisted on calling me before returning the product. Nonexistent customer service.
