Service Fees The system Petrograd is not owned by Unibet and the service fees paid on top-up is to go to the company that built and manages the system. They are payment processors that are used by Unibet. Just like there are services fees in a bank for using their facilities they have their own fees. This app is an extension of their services by allowing you to track your fuel consumption, Card balances, vehicle repairs and reminders. You also get a 10% discount on vehicle insurance from Sagicor for having this system.

Needs an online top-up system I can make payments online or directly
through online banking

The app is great, but the system is a setup The app is a great way to manage monthly fuel costs but on several occasions, I've had to dig in my pockets to pay cash because "the machine is not working". I placed that statement in quotation marks because either the card machine needs to be upgraded or (as I recently found out) some stations deliberately refuse to accept the Petrograd (Gasparino and allegedly princes town)

An ok app...but this is a total rip off The app seems to be working fine, good way to store your vehicular info. But the service fee charged for a top card is ridiculous. I understand the first time activation fee of $25.00 but having to pay the service fee for whichever top up amount available is robbery because it comes like you're paying extra for gas. Isn't tax already included in the gas price itself, this doesn't make sense if you have to pay tax for the top card and then tax again for gas. You guys need to be reasonable.
