★★☆☆☆ As soon as you open the app, you get a message: "Error try again" It has become a useless app after being a 5 stars public app, you're now down to 1 star, you've become terrible in 2023 constantly crashing. It's so sad that good things don't last in our public sector. I hope that you'll recover soon

★★☆☆☆ It worked fine the very first time I used it and I said, "Finally, I don't even have to worry about paying my bills nor sending out my reading," but now the app doesn't even want to log me in back whatsoever. Like what is going on!! I tried everything in the book that could fix the problem but so far with no success. You guys seriously need to work it out and see what causing this issue because apparently it's not just me, it's a whole line of people.

★★☆☆☆ The app is very bad 👎, can't update the invoice or the readings.
