I played this game a long time and tonight when I opened it, it took me back to level one. I was pretty far along in the game. As much as I like the game, I uninstalled it. I refuse to go back to level one.

Please improve the decoration event. The event time is too short and decorations require too many points. The points earned from customer orders are too low so even players who complete many orders may not have enough points to unlock all decorations and rewards. Although event extended, but order points are missing. 🥲 Please fix this and restore the points. Increase order points, reduce decoration costs and extend the event time so players can unlock all decorations within the given time🥲❤

I generally like this type of merge game. The storyline on this one is terrible so far, and hampered by poor English translation. It is generally lacking and feels cheap compared to others of this ilk.
