It's so easy to place an order on my Pet Smart App! And the items I wanted were all available, too. I will be ordering plenty more dog toys and another 25 lbs. bag of dog food very soon. Plus, I don't have to break my back carrying the heavy food bag from the store to my car and from my car, into my home. A definite perk to order online and have it delivered to your home. I'm loving it!

Search is terrible on the app. Just go to the website, app is not needed. Update: and this burns my phone up, 11 min usage, sucked 11% of bettery!!!

Update the app I call pet smart they had spiders in stock and your app says it doesn't

won't even open. I try to open the app and after about 10 seconds it says "We are having connection issues. Close the app and restart it". I do that and get the same message. I clear the cache and get the same message. I uninstall and reinstall the app I get the same message. I guess I'll just exclusively order from Chewy from now on.
