UPDATE-changing from 1 to 5 since they have FINALLY decided you can buy just 1 Fancy Feast instead of 6 of 1 flavor! My cats don't want all the same flavor, so I buy a variety. Made no sense that you could buy 1 flavor in ALL cans except fancy feast or friskier! Thank you for changing that.

Have to love the curbside service. Placing an order in the app is superfast and easy. If you're pushed for time or having a physical issue with getting into the store it is so helpful! The nice thing about the app is there's a lot of specials on there that are only online, which definitely you want to check this out.

Petsmart has the best customer service!if I have a problem they cheerfully fix it. And the rewards' system is great!

Update26 App still continuously has issues. Also decided to completely stop shopping at pet smart due to the condition of their beta fish. It's cruel. Stop selling pets at the store. Terrible app. Keeps giving me the loading box upon entering app and then would not let me checkout. When I clicked checkout, it attempted to bring me to check out page but then just loaded back to the review order page. Why offer 15% off to use the app when you don't even have your bugs fixed to have people checkout.

They botched the checkout on their website for mobile to prevent you from not downloading their stupid app. Shame on yourselves. You are so dystopian.

Didn't work, wasted 20 minutes in the store for my password to not work when I just made the account. no, thanks
