I will say the app itself has some glitches and server issues... but the rewards are really good and pet smart gives you a lot of ways to save money. Also free same-day delivery!! Super helpful as someone without a car. I can get the pet supplies I need within a few hours with zero additional charge, and no order minimum or small order fee. Nowhere else lets you do that.

Pet Smart is Absolutely Fabulous 🤩😍 Love their Products Love Their Customer Service 10+ My 3 Parakeets go through toys like kids do candy LoL 🤣 until I started ordering Pet Smart bird toys!! They are BIGGER, Stronger and hold up longer 😉🤩 at no extra cost! Pet Smart also runs a lot of sales online and best part is you don't have to leave your house! My Chihuahua loves their Blue Buffalo treats also 🥰

Does not load Tried to uninstall/reinstall and the app still will not open, and then it says there are "connection issues". So much for convenience!

App never works anymore. Every time you try to use it you get a message saying they are having connection issues and to restart the app. I've restarted it, removed and reinstalled it, and I always get that message.
