The app is missing several items available in store. For example blue buffalo cat food, chicken weight and hairball control. It has the weight control. And the hairball control. But not the hairball AND weight control on app, but I can purchase in store.

I was having a problem with getting my Treat Rewards Points, added to my account. I contacted Customer Service. While I was on the phone, it was fixed! Thank you, Pet Smart Customer Service!!

This app and Pet Smart sucks even worse than before,1st can't see your rewards amount, 2nd most of the rewards are supposed to be stackable but aren't, or you never have a main brand on sale and if it is, it's a $2 off of an $80 item. 3rd always trying to jip people out of rewards that we spent a ton of money on. You say something is in a certain store then we go to pick it up, all of a sudden we get an email saying item isn't available in this store, then fulfill partial order and lose 5x rewards.

I have not been able to log into my rewards for MONTHS!!! Therefore, I cannot activate rewards! The app just cycles for HOURS if I let it, without doing anything, unless I am simply shopping! I prefer to shop in store, so the app does nothing at all for me. USELESS USELESS USELESS APP! Even staff in the store have been unable to help me!

I used to enjoy your app. Whatever you changed a while ago has buggered it up. I haven't been able to place an order due to an error continuously appearing. Not impressed 😕
