UPDATE-changing from 1 to 5 since they have FINALLY decided you can buy just 1 Fancy Feast instead of 6 of 1 flavor! My cats don't want all the same flavor, so I buy a variety. Made no sense that you could buy 1 flavor in ALL cans except fancy feast or friskier! Thank you for changing that.

It's so easy to place an order on my Pet Smart App! And the items I wanted were all available, too. I will be ordering plenty more dog toys and another 25 lbs. bag of dog food very soon. Plus, I don't have to break my back carrying the heavy food bag from the store to my car and from my car, into my home. A definite perk to order online and have it delivered to your home. I'm loving it!

I will say the app itself has some glitches and server issues... but the rewards are really good and pet smart gives you a lot of ways to save money. Also free same-day delivery!! Super helpful as someone without a car. I can get the pet supplies I need within a few hours with zero additional charge, and no order minimum or small order fee. Nowhere else lets you do that.

Update26 App still continuously has issues. Also decided to completely stop shopping at pet smart due to the condition of their beta fish. It's cruel. Stop selling pets at the store. Terrible app. Keeps giving me the loading box upon entering app and then would not let me checkout. When I clicked checkout, it attempted to bring me to check out page but then just loaded back to the review order page. Why offer 15% off to use the app when you don't even have your bugs fixed to have people checkout.

Terrible app. Always blank in order history, never shows my past orders and recent orders unfortunately not allowed to give 0 star
