Today had booked a car wash from Pexa (Premium wash). The service team visited as per the schedule appointment time. Normally car wash takes around 20-25minutes outside but Pexa team took nearly 2 hours to completely wash, vacuum, steam interiors. The time was taken to make sure all the areas are covered by minutely inspecting each area. Appreciate their attention to details to make sure car is clean. Will definitely recommend "Pexa" service to everyone.

I had a terrible experience with the service. I booked a car wash slot for 2 PM, but they called me around 1 PM saying they hadn't completed the morning slots and asked me to reschedule for the next day. Very disappointing!

Very poor service. I had booked a car wash, but the staff arrived 2 hours late from the promised time. On top of that, instead of doing the car wash, he wasted 30 minutes talking on the phone and irritated me. When we call customer care, there is no proper solution from anyone. Dear PEXA owner, this is not my first bad experience—please check my history. Without good staff, your business will not run successfully. I will not be booking again.
