It worked okay on my last phone, although the lock feature seemed difficult for my doctor to figure out as people have dropped in on my appointments and this is a huge privacy issue. However, I've recently updated to a Samsung S21 Ultra and the app is unusable. There's an audio disturbance that keeps me from hearing my doctor and pexip support will not get back to me. I'm forced to use this app by our health region and am I missing appointments because I cannot hear. Terrible company...
