• Your doctor appointment can be managed on your figure tips. You can book appointment, reschedule or cancel.
• Access to your medical file and review the results and reports of your radiology and laboratory with download facility.
• An option is available to view doctor prescriptions.
• The possibility of checking sick leaves.
• Follow-up requests for approvals of medical insurance companies in terms of acceptance and rejection and the actual time for the request.
• Managing family files for those under 18 years old (booking appointments, seeing and saving results and prescription)

The application was good but after the update it gave a network issue, I used 2 referent mobiles but same issue

Previously, this application was working properly, and I was able to view all my lab and radiology reports. However, now none of my reports are showing. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue still persists. If the app cannot display my medical reports, then it is not serving its intended purpose. Please check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
