PG Complaint Jar

Complaint Jar is a digital accountability companion designed to help you
build awareness of negative patterns in your daily communication and
thinking. By tracking four key categories—swearing, negativity,
complaints, and gossip—this app encourages mindful self-reflection and
positive change.

Key Features:

Simple One-Tap Tracking
Four large, color-coded buttons make it effortless to log instances
throughout your day. Each category has its own distinct icon and color for
quick recognition, requiring no typing or complex input.

Smart Daily Reset
Your count automatically resets at midnight local time, giving you a fresh
start each day while preserving your historical data for long-term
tracking.

Emoji Feedback System
Watch your daily mood indicator change based on your count. The happier
the emoji, the better your day—providing instant visual feedback and
motivation to improve. Seven levels range from a perfect halo (0) to
struggling (20+), helping you see your progress at a glance.

200 Motivational Quotes
Every time you open the app, receive a randomly selected inspirational
quote focused on positivity, kindness, mindfulness, and personal growth.
These thoughtfully curated messages encourage better thoughts and
communication throughout your day.

Calendar History
View your complete tracking history with an integrated calendar widget.
See patterns over time, identify your best days, and celebrate your
progress. Each date displays your total count, helping you recognize
trends and triggers.

Responsive Design

to your screen size. Large, touch-friendly buttons ensure easy use
without scrolling, making tracking quick and accessible in any moment.

Privacy-Focused
All your data is stored locally on your device using secure preferences.
No account required, no personal information collected, and no data
transmitted to external servers.

keeping you focused on your personal development journey.

Why Use Complaint Jar?
Research shows that awareness is the first step to changing behavior. By
simply tracking these moments, you become more conscious of negative
patterns. The daily reset provides natural milestones, the emoji system
offers immediate feedback, and the motivational quotes reinforce positive
thinking. Over time, many users find they naturally reduce their counts as
awareness leads to intentional change.

Perfect for anyone looking to cultivate more positive communication,
reduce stress-inducing negativity, practice mindfulness, or simply become
more aware of their daily thought patterns. Whether you're working on
professional communication, personal relationships, or self-development,
