Looks great The new app works great. To the guy saying he doesn't have a mobile ID, it's the same ID you normally use to log in to the website or the old mobile app. Hopefully they will keep improving and adding better features to the app to keep up with the "big box" banks. Have been with PGB since I was young and have had very few problems with them.

Must call to get deposit I saw that there was no deposit function on the application, so I called them. I needed to go through a verification process to prove my identity. Now I understand why you would want to verify someone's identity before giving them elevated access to their account, however we're talking about deposits here not withdrawals. As soon as they verified my identity the application showed the deposit function. This should be in the application description at the very least.

Cannot take mobile deposit pictures. Camera bugs when taking second photo and flips image and angles it. Does not work

Not Accurate I uploaded the app today and needed to make a deposit. I was delighted to find a branch on my way home. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the branch was no longer in existence (e.g., Available Commercial Real Estate sign).

Missing The only reason why I got an account here was because my job uses the bank and because the bank associates said I could take a picture of my checks on the app to deposit them. Well you can't, and it's aggravating because I work 6 days a week 10 hours a day and I never have time to go to the bank personally and deposit money... please add that feature that's advertised soon.
