Omg trying to do the video interview with this app has been a nightmare! Everything was great until the LAST QUESTION! It's stuck on the video that reads out the question and won't go to the answer page, so I can put in my last answer! There isn't a refresh or help button! Just a dumb FAQ that isn't helpful! It looks like I will have to RESTART THE ENTIRE VIDEO INTERVIEW AND REDO ALL THE QUESTIONS! ALL BECAUSE OF ONE BROKEN QUESTION! Aj×8#&#, ×aheu`£○♤!! I'm frustrated and sad 😔

This Phenom app is horrible, though I followed the instructions and downloaded this Phenom Video app on my mobile (cellphone), and I downloaded it on my personal computer, it still doesn't allow me to take the video assessment test on my PC as I wanted, so I'll attempt to take the video assessment tests on my mobile device (cellphone).

Only The Cancel Button is "SHOWING" The other button is there above the cancel button in that blank area. The button is invisible. You'll have to do as I did and tap around in that blank area until you find it. This is not good. Once in, there nothing to tap on to start answering questions. There was no problem with answering the test questions. As far as the questions that mattered, nothing to click on to start the process. I tried tapping in all the blank areas. Back to drawing board.
