Honestly they don't derserve a 1 star, I am really disappointed, I just booked a Ticket for July 12 flight, I used my cousin's card.. it was mentioned Payment received, but i did not recieve my ticket, when I called the costumer Service to check if my booking is successful or not, to findout it does not appear in their System.... This concern I will send this to NBI to investigate this App and the entire Management about this big scammer App.
