App always says can't pair any of the Philips plugs. I have 3 brand-new Philip plugs none of them will pair with app. Waste of money buying them, and they wouldn't pair with app, so they don't work. Tech support no help.

How can I get my money back? All it does is click now. "Smart" Surge Protector can't learn. I've tried EZ-Mode, I've tried Bluetooth Mode, and I've tried AP Mode, none of which work. I know how to successfully enter the device in auto fast blink and manual slow blink modes. This app recognizes the device in better auto mode while manual mode is a joke. When the device is found, the app will never advance beyond that. Device Will NOT register to Smart Cloud. Never mind initialization device.

Any of you guys that are planning to connect this to your Smart TV, Xbox, PlayStation, iPhone or any electronics like that? This Phillips' smart-outlets will fry them. My PlayStation 3 ($300) and my Samsung 65" 4K Smart TV ($1,667) and two other LCDs are now dead, fried from the inside out. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Stay away from Philips when it comes to electronics. Buy ANKER.
