Does not work, and it is full of ads there is like and ad every 10 seconds and never works it may connect to the tv but doesn't work

This app is unusable. I have a Phillips Android TV. This app recognizes that my TV exists and tells me to select ny TV. I click it and... It does nothing. Just keeps going back to asking me to select my TV. Absolutely useless. No point in having a remote that doesn't work.
