App working well and makes the task of recording easier and more efficient. Thanks for the fast response to my original comment. Original Review: Useless. Cannot get it to register! Constantly getting "something went wrong, please try again"

I would appreciate if the recorder could transfer files into the laptop/computer via USB cable

Handy and works to transfer recordings from device to phone. Can set up recordings via the app, and you can monitor the volume meters in the app while it records. Good enough for my uses, not for professional recording The App is only missing the feature to upload firmware to the recorder, had to use a USB-C to USB-C cable. Recorder DVT6110 can only connect to 2.4GHz hotspot not 5GHz and password is only lowercase letters. Fast file transfers though.

It isn't clear from the instructions provided with voice tracers that the app is only compatible with certain versions of voice tracers. Put instructions in the boxes relating to the actual product not 12 different models

Edit re developers response. Although my phone and voice tracer are side by side, extended was activated. Pretty lame response for mind if that's the only illogical solution on offer. Won't connect to my hotspot. Keeps saying incorrect password even tried changing the password 3 times still no good

Guess they don't want people using this app. Can't get past the registration screen, it doesn't recognize any of my email addresses as valid. Edit: thanks for the response. I tried to register but still getting the same error

I cannot connect my Wi-Fi to the voice recorder.
