I just want to say the owners, Justin and his wife, of Edwardsville Philly Pretzel, and their employees are nice people we stopped in there again today before the Halloween parade. Justin always remembers us when we stop in there, and he always listens to different suggestions from his customers. They make you feel welcomed in their shop and good different types of pretzels. Very friendly people.

The Pretzel Factory at Burlington (High st) is the best!!! The pretzels are always hot, fresh and delicious!! I order large quantities often for a school snack stand, and they always have them ready when I need them (even preparing large quantities at the last minute when I forgot to pre-order!!) The folks who run the place are very nice and always helpful!!!

Reinstalled the app for free pretzel dog day. While switching locations and trying to order the coupon disappeared. Uninstalling the app. Why would this app let someone delete promotions and coupons?

It takes forever to put username and password. When it loads it says wrong username or password. I requested a change of password and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still doesn't work.

Have rewards available in the app. Been in the store and tried to use my reward, was told I didn't have one via my phone number even though my app showed I did. Tried ordering on the app and redeeming a reward and every time it tells me there was an error with the reward and to try placing my order without it. Nope, that's why I'm trying to place an order. Like the pretzels, but why have a rewards program if it doesn't work for everyone? Tried contacting them at least twice and crickets.
