I mean... is this an app? Lol . Thought it was just my phone...like not an app...just a button for my phone calls...

Voicemail menu on the bottom right (next to Contacts menu) when you open app mysteriously disappeared, so now I don't have access to visual voicemail. Tried clearing cache, forcing stop, and restarting phone to no avail. How do I restore? Update: Uninstalling the most recent update restored the voicemail tab/menu. I then updated the app again and again the menu disappeared. I am currently leaving the update uninstalled. Developers, please look into this issue. Thank you.

Here's what really bothers me: there is apparently a whole committee of product designers and developers, who all seem to agree that it is perfectly fine for the DEFAULT phone app to actually pop up a box at the bottom of my screen, disrupting my workflow, just to ask for a rating. A freaking rating. A freaking rating for a freaking DEFAULT phone app. An app that is essential enough to any smartphone that it takes half its name, whose existence nobody questions. Nobody at G questioned this.

Edit2: 3yr later; Even Worse Nothing improved; now missing scree call feature. Google Maps show me the name and number WHY doesn't this? Does nothing but marketing consumption. Protects NOTHING 🚫. If someone has their cell tied to their Gmail or simply has an android phone it should populate a Name. That is simple. Does not populate user numbers at All, does not feature blocking robocall or fraud. Does not feature 'contact' list only incoming.

The app store description says you can record calls with this app. This is not true. This is called false advertising. EDIT: the adress you gave there just goes to the regular google home page. Anyways you should probably let people know in the store description that It's only in select areas and phones
