I prefer this app to the preinstalled Samsung app. I like that it screens for Spam calls. The design is very sleek and attractive. The sound and call quality is better than my previous app. I like the feature that offers an active wallpaper for phone calls. But I don't receive my calls on time. Some of my calls are delayed by days or half an hour. When I end a call, a duplicate of the app appears, and I have to close two phone dial pad screens.

I have tried to fix the issue I'm having with messages, it's disabled, I cannot message in messages every phone. Call is restricted, if an app wants to find out if it's me, they send info through messages. I cannot receive. Both phone & messages are compromised. I've tried everything to fix for months. Nothing works

When I receive RTT calls frequently I can't switch to RTT mode. The app saying "voice only mode" even I can hear the other party turned into RTT mode, I can't turn on RTT mode. Google support just brushed me off with this issue and started finger pointing.
