Mobile Diagnostics app that helps assessing the functional condition of a phone. Phone Evaluator helps to evaluate the functional condition of a user's phone to be sold.
Here's how the process works-
1. The App is to be downloaded and installed on the same phone for which the order has been placed.
2. Post installation of the app, the agent needs to enter a six digit unique code showed in their pickup apps.
3. Further the agent needs to run the listed diagnostic tests on his phone, after granting the necessary app permissions to get started.
3. Once all listed tests are completed, an Exchange Reference Code will be generated on the app's last screen that indicates the completion of the evaluation process.
4. The pickup executive will scan the exchange code generated in their pickup app and then complete the manual flow.
5. User needs to hand-over the old phone to the pickup guy after resetting.

This app is forcefully installed in my mobile from reliance digital guy at dlf mall Noida . And this is fake app for exchange phone. Nothing worked at all. Beware of such kind of exchange app. Please do not fall in the intricacy of reliance digital and this app. Via this app they will take your all necessary data. And at last they will say that this is not working. Just after seeing permission for app from settings I immediately uninstalled this app.
