Ever been annoyed by the fact that when you want to email your friends a photo you recently took there's no quick way to reduce it's size because you don't want to sent the whole 5-8-12 megapixels of 2-3-5 megabytes to them just to let them check out the awesome pizza you had for dinner? Well with this app you get a nice "Resize" entry in your "Share with" menu.
Open your photo gallery and instead of choosing "Share with" and then selecting eg. Gmail, you can now choose "Share with" and then Resize, after selecting your size you again get a chance to choose the app you wish to share your photo with, but this time the photo will be shrunk to the selected size. Nice and simple and the way it should have been built into Android from the start!

I found this app perfect for my needs. If you want to insert more than one resized image into an email, just resize it & share with a file folder, and rename it. Do this to all required photos, and then attach them to the email.

things i liked: - simple, straightforward didnt like: - wasnt easy to notice at first, it appeared at the end of a long list of sharing options had to scroll several pages - file is renamed to scaled_image.jpg - no reference to original filename, so its always same, thus annoying to save multiple from emails etc - scaled portrait photos appeared in with wrong direction (whereas original appeared correct in email) - didnt appear in application list for uninstalling purposes

Doesn't even work. Not only do you have no explanation on where this goes when you get it, but it doesn't work. Select a size button doesn't work and just brings up the share menu...

Photo is renamed. Bad. After resize, photo is renamed. The original name, containing date and time is lost! Very bad. Fix it for 5 stars.
