Description
- Metadata support even for non-JPEG media Bundled with the Exiv2 library, this app supports reading metadata from image formats that are not currently supported by the server-side reader, such as HEIC and JXL. Video metadata is also supported.
- Better albums Client-side albums provide extra features compared with server-side albums, like inserting memos and maps between photos. You can also customize album covers and sorting.
- Simple image editing Includes various color adjustment tools and effect filters.
- JPEG XL support JXL is a next-generation image format with superior compression ratio. While JXL is not currently supported by Nextcloud or Android, this app includes a JXL decoder.
- Open source The app source code is available on GitHib under the GPL license.
- More Map Face grouping support via the server-side Recognize or Face Recognition app Various AI image enhancement models, like 4x super-resolution Shared albums and more

Could you please store in a local cache which photos were already found and the thumbnails too? I have over 10,000 photos in my Nextcloud in over 100 folders and when I open this app, even if I let it search for 30 minutes, it still doesn't display all photos in all folders. And at the next restart, it starts searching all photos again from scratch. It never concludes. A cache would definitely help. Otherwise, very cool app, thanks!

This app is amazing! I love it, essentially Google photos for Nextcloud. I've just had two little gripes: 1. Photo based albums only let me select a couple of folders at the top level of my next cloud. Anything with nested folders or folders that are deeply nested I can navigate to but not select. I was able to manually mod the json to get the target folder I want working, so I'm assuming it's a gui glitch. 2. I would love different sort options in photos view. Group by folder, group by date

Nice but I need the (nested) folder view with folders on my Nextcloud storage for the Photos as albums... I do not know why nobody can achieve that except Las Pas App, which is not fast enough and more auto back up than on demand foto Cloud All. I would definitely pay for this feature!

I use LDAP auth for Nextcloud, and it took me months to resolve a home folder issue. The text says you should paste your WebDAV URL in manually but that failed, what the app wants is only the last part of your WebDAV URL which is absurd - at a minimum both should be accepted. Once I got in the app I can see it's kinda nice - except that I have thousands of pictures that it res cans daily in the background, unplugged chewing battery like crazy - unacceptable. There needs to be controls for that.

Does not display all photos, shows wrong xif data and dates, constantly complains about the log in despite repeated re-log-ins with confirmed log in information.
