Great app! The fact that the photos get delivered directly to your door, it's amazing! Saves SO MUCH time running around to print centers. I hope the quality of the photos is also great, I haven't received my order yet. But the app is fantastic so far! :)

Easy to download, design and order. I created a personalized photo in a wink of an eye. It also informed me when the quality of the photo was too low and kept me informed about my discount codes, so I wouldn't forget. Love any webshop that lets me pay with PayPal. The frequency of emails as usual is a bit high, but that's it.

I can't believe it, I was waiting for a delivery to the shop on the last Thursday but nothing arrived. It was for Valentine's Day, a week is passed, and I'm still waiting (nothing received from the shop), they continue to answer "we are doing verifications" to my call and email instead of refund me the 15 euros for the inconvenience. Never again for sure!

This is a response to the below comment, I couldn't do it directly. It's a big lie that everything is fine with the delivery. I raised a complaint both with the Italian (hq) and international customer service team. The former said my pack indeed ended up in Dublin instead of Amsterdam and I can expect delivery next week. The latter indicated that I probably see Dublin in the system because the courier is based there. This company is a hot mess, and hence I alter my review from 2 to 1 star.

To enter the address it tries to refill it with Google which is performing badly. It doesn't let you put in more than street name and number. My address includes more than just that. Got reset and start over again for 3 times, got tired of it. I'm using something else, there are so many other options. I don't see why bother with an app if one of the most important things like a delivery address isn't working properly.

Don't get how the app can have this high rating. The photos' selection is unusable. You should better integrate google photos APIs in order to accommodate for all the inner folders. This way I could have saved all the pics in a folder within my Google account to later find them within your app's selection phase.
