Description

Siamo una famiglia che produce piadine artigianali dal 1979. È iniziato tutto con un’attività alimentare posizionata all’uscita della Super Strada Ferrara-Mare, sulla S.S.Romea.
Ero ancora un bambino, avevo solo 11 anni quando già iniziavo a impastare le prime piadine. Ho sempre lavorato con grande passione ed ho sempre voluto ascoltare i consigli dei nostri clienti per poter arrivare ad un prodotto finito che soddisfasse tutte le esigenze e i gusti.
Le richieste aumentavano e dal semplice cliente occasionale, siamo passati ai clienti del supermercato e degli stabilimenti balneari.
Viaggiando in varie parti del mondo, ho portato a casa idee nuove per le mie attività, tra le quali la chiusura a ZIP salva-freschezza per il packaging dalla quale ho preso spunto negli Stati Uniti e che tutt’oggi viene ancora utilizzata nelle nostre confezioni, in quanto molto adatta e di facile apertura/chiusura per il cliente.
Dopo aver aperto diversi punti nei Lidi di Comacchio, ho deciso di aprire un laboratorio di produzione per la vendita all’ingrosso con consegna in tutta Italia.
Il nostro fatturato aumenta ogni anno con grande soddisfazione, in quanto siamo all’interno di diverse catene alimentari della GDO Italiana che aumentano gli ordini settimanalmente.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di creare un prodotto artigianale con ingredienti italiani differenti dalla concorrenza ed unici.
