That's the only decent picture censor app I've been able to find so far. It works perfectly well – the menu is simple, the functions work very well, and the quality of effects is high. No bugs, no lags, no complaints except for one: too many ads (at the bottom of the screen, plus when you save an edited picture there's a huge fullscreen ad that comes up right at you). Hence only four stars. As for its initial purpose, the app does extremely well by offering you to blur, pixelate or black bar the selected area. A choice of thickness for black bars is available, as well as the effect intensity for blurring and pixelating. So far so good.

I give up!!!! This app has taken me over the edge....I give up....every single censor app I've tried...5 in all...has been a waste of time. I go into the app, chose a photo from my gallery, and somehow every app has taken me back to the start screen and the process never gets to a finished product. I'm done with these ignorant apps. DON'T DOWNLOAD!!!!!!

Decreased the quality of my photo after editing and saving. The whole photo
was noticeably less sharp after I pixelated one small part and saved. Also
the app doesn't allow me to click the home button on my phone so I have to
click share and when it takes me to Gmail or whatever, I'm THEN able to
click home. Also very sketchy ads pop up, that take over the whole screen.
