I’d like to suggest a new feature enhancement: the ability for users to add drivers to a “Favorites” list, with an option to prioritize these drivers when requesting a ride. While this might seem biased or unfair to other drivers at first glance, it could actually serve as a positive motivator. Drivers would have an incentive to maintain a respectful service. This feature would also aid users providing access to familiar and trusted drivers while still maintaining the app's overall performance.

Out of about 30 attemps to get a Pick Me taxi only 1 driver accepted and arrived. Most other drivers accept and cancel again. With Uber, we always got a taxi quickly.

Growing Pickle Scam! Quite alot of drivers are asking to cancel the ride to get rid of the pickle charge. This is the second time this happened to me in the last two weeks. Developers gotta introduce an option to report these drivers right away. An inbuilt feature like microphone of the driver should be active throughout the ride would help get rid of this. It's pretty much dangerous and risky. I'm really disappointed cuz the beginning of the ride itself stars as a fraud/scam.
