Rides - Hailing a PickMe
1. Fire up the app and enter your pickup location. 2. Enter where you want to go and get a fare estimate. 3. Select your taxi type (Bike, Tuk, Nano, Mini, Sedan, Van,). 4. Lastly, tap “Book Now” and let us work our magic to get you a ride.
Once matched, you can track the driver in real-time with the driver’s name, picture, vehicle type, and vehicle license plate number clearly displayed on the app to help you identify your driver. Really good experience, it is faster to get vehicles compared to other apps but the only thing that I would like to add is the Dead Reconning System for a smoother tracking

Your service is extremely poor. I waited a long time but couldn't get a Pickle ride assigned. Another morning time I booked a ride and the driver never showed up. This is the worst service experience.👎😕

They virtually create a demand to vehicles and charging from customers by saying surge. If you took meeter taxi may cost 130 per km. When you travel with pick for 5 km they charge. Fair + 400 surge. But when you took meter taxi it may cost 130 *5

The new “Bid” feature has made Pickle extremely frustrating. Bidding gets activated automatically, and drivers take a long time to accept rides because they wait for higher offers. Many drivers then ask for an extra Rs.100 or more for a trip. This makes booking slow, stressful, and unpredictable. Pickle should give passengers the option to disable bidding and keep a fixed-fare system. The app was much more convenient before this feature.
