Very disappointing experience with Pickle recently. The service quality has gone downhill, and the way orders are handled is extremely frustrating. I accepted an order, only to be contacted later and told that the item was out of stock, despite the order already being accepted. This is a complete waste of the customer’s time. Not working at all in peak hours specially around 5.00 PM evening. Please scale your application. Drivers at home, once the trip is accepted go to take wash and eat before they start to move, educate them not to do that. Map accuracy is 0. Driver is 1 km away in the app, but he was already at my location physically. Is that a feature?

The assigned driver didn't show up instead another person came and claimed the ride was cancelled, taking me offline. I was charged Rs. 600 for a trip that normally costs Rs. 350, and the trip doesn't show in my history. Very disappointing experience.
