Of course there's always something that they don't have, but since they have many of all the things we regularly bought from the local supermarket that they decided to remove from their store, it's a no-brainer. Also saves me walking home with a bag that's far too heavy :-) App itself works well, availability is up-to-date (really rarely not) and the delivery windows are nice. Personnel is almost always happy and professional and when there's an issue with the delivery it's always solved.

Really amazing service. I love that the delivery slot you choose is so small and reliable. I was informed in beforehand about the exact 20 mins slot, so that I could plan my day. For the past year, I have exclusively been their customer, with an average spend of 500 euros per month. I especially liked their Coupon loyalty program, which unfortunately ended without a replacement. I prefer them to other offline or online German supermarkets, like Rewe, particularly due to their "quality". While items like organic fresh broccoli or some types of organic eggs are currently missing, I understand this is due to regional shortages.

You can easily cancel your entire order as many times as you want before a universal deadline. But you can't replace individual items in your order with other items to keep the total still above 45 euros. If you want to replace only one item in your order, you have to cancel the entire order and create a new order with the new replacement item. They specifically confirm that they don't allow individual items to be replaced, but WHY?! Why should it be like this?! A weird, baffling policy...

I was attracted by their ads, in English. The reality: 1. You cannot use web interface and your large computer screen 2. Yet, the menu is so complicated that I had to order more than 15 items for one dish! 3. language.... Dutch only, in the app 4. The order was 42 euro (due to the complex menu), and they suggested 2 time slots. I picked up the first one. 2 steps further, at the payment they told me that I can get the chosen time slot only if I pay 45 euro. I had to go 10 steps back. DISASTER

Worst customer service experience. I had an emergency at my daughter's school and missed the delivery. And now they are asking me to pick from their hub at their mentioned time on a working day from a palce which is 70 mins away from my residence. Going to uninstall this righta away. If they are not considerate about an actual medical emergency. I don't think they deserve to be used anymore.
