Good prices. For me this app has been very helpful, sometimes I struggle to get groceries in time because of my work shifts. Also struggling with health issues, and I'm awake at times groceries aren't possible anymore. I wish they did add English to the app, but I am happy to see they have many italian food options as well ❤️‍🩹. I thank the Picnic team for their help 🫶🏾 for everything they do to make groceries accessible to the elderly, people at risk, the people with disabilities etc.

Of course there's always something that they don't have, but since they have many of all the things we regularly bought from the local supermarket that they decided to remove from their store, it's a no-brainer. Also saves me walking home with a bag that's far too heavy :-) App itself works well, availability is up-to-date (really rarely not) and the delivery windows are nice. Personnel is almost always happy and professional and when there's an issue with the delivery it's always solved.

🙏 hallo, could you please add options to Filter and Sort products? ➡️ by categories and subcategories ➡️ by unitary price ➡️ by price per kilo/liter/etc. ➡️ only show products with: 🔲 gluten-free, 🔲 lactose VRI, 🔲 bio, 🔲 vega, 🔲 halal, 🔲 van Hollands, 🔲 without allergens, 🔲 XL format, 🔲 with active discount ➡️ filter by brands, e.g.: 🔲 Picnic, 🔲 Uit Nederland, 🔲 't Slagershuys, etc.? Thank you very much.

They will not deliver to your door and then hold your money hostage if you don't go to their far away wearhouse to get your groceries. You have to be crazy to spend your money with them.

Worst customer service experience. I had an emergency at my daughter's school and missed the delivery. And now they are asking me to pick from their hub at their mentioned time on a working day from a palce which is 70 mins away from my residence. Going to uninstall this righta away. If they are not considerate about an actual medical emergency. I don't think they deserve to be used anymore.

I was attracted by their ads, in English. The reality: 1. You cannot use web interface and your large computer screen 2. Yet, the menu is so complicated that I had to order more than 15 items for one dish! 3. language.... Dutch only, in the app 4. The order was 42 euro (due to the complex menu), and they suggested 2 time slots. I picked up the first one. 2 steps further, at the payment they told me that I can get the chosen time slot only if I pay 45 euro. I had to go 10 steps back. DISASTER
