Of course there's always something that they don't have, but since they have many of all the things we regularly bought from the local supermarket that they decided to remove from their store, it's a no-brainer. Also saves me walking home with a bag that's far too heavy :-) App itself works well, availability is up-to-date (really rarely not) and the delivery windows are nice. Personnel is almost always happy and professional and when there's an issue with the delivery it's always solved.

My mom was admitted into the hospital and left a few days ago, she was very sick but still had to get food. She found picnic and we loved it! Healthy meals with fresh items, easy to make and staff is so nice! The guy at our door was so excited and happy! 10/10 app.

Really amazing service. I love that the delivery slot you choose is so small and reliable. I was informed in beforehand about the exact 20 mins slot, so that I could plan my day. Also, great that a buyer can give bags, cans and so on back. Cool that Picnic has its own brands as well, which makes it cheaper. Thank you!

Good prices. For me this app has been very helpful, sometimes I struggle to get groceries in time because of my work shifts. Also struggling with health issues, and I'm awake at times groceries aren't possible anymore. I wish they did add English to the app, but I am happy to see they have many italian food options as well ❤️🩹. I thank the Picnic team for their help 🫶🏾 for everything they do to make groceries accessible to the elderly, people at risk, the people with disabilities etc.

Thrice in my last 5 orders has the order been either delayed by days or been missing items. The app is good, and they employ humans at CS which at the surface is good news, but they might as well replace them with AI bots because all they tell me is that it's a "technical issue" and then they reschedule the delivery. I have had about 7 calls in the last 4 weeks, and why do you even need humans cs for this? Idc about price, and looking into competition if they have a better product but doubtful.

New Restrictions Make it Worthless. Because my wife and I are disabled, we used to use Picnic specifically for heavy products we can't haul from the store ourselves, like water and other drinks. Now they restrict you to 2 of each such product, so instead of a monthly order, they expect me to make a weekly order - making the entire service worthless to us.

I was attracted by their ads, in English. The reality: 1. You cannot use web interface and your large computer screen 2. Yet, the menu is so complicated that I had to order more than 15 items for one dish! 3. language.... Dutch only, in the app 4. The order was 42 euro (due to the complex menu), and they suggested 2 time slots. I picked up the first one. 2 steps further, at the payment they told me that I can get the chosen time slot only if I pay 45 euro. I had to go 10 steps back. DISASTER
