I tried this fo he first time at alton towers. It's great value for money. But I advise you take note of your pic no. Or get a receipt as we're missing some from 1 of the rides.

Great app to use in conjunction with theme park photo wristbands. You can quickly check all your photos, download them, share them etc and the support is top notch. I had an issue with a photo not showing and the manual code not working, emailed support and they fixed it within an hour! Definately recommended.

Absolutely useless. Installed the app, bought the £30 pass at Thorpe Park and this useless crap only shows ME THE FIRST TWO of all the pictures we took at the roller-coasters. None of the others show up. When I complained, I was told that the pictures take up to 24 hours to appear. That's bollocks! You have all the pictures in an asset server already, they are available to Park staff immediately, so they should load onto the app immediately. Also, what's the bloody use of getting them the next day? I want to share them on social media as it happens, not tomorrow. Do you guys actually realise how things work now? It's 2017, not 1999.

Totally useless app. Went to Chessington and missing half my photos from that trip. Went to Alton Towers and same again, missing half my photos but this time I made sure I got receipts for all the photos so I can add manually but still a problem. Every time I enter the code it's says photo can't be found try again later. Seriously sort this out. We paid good money for this photo pass and got hardly any of our photos. So annoyed.
