PieForge: Pizza Dough Planner

Pizza night has one hard problem: everything has to land at the same time. Dough that proofed for two days, an oven that needs an hour to heat, three pies and two racks. PieForge does the math so you don't have to.

Tell it what you're making and when you want to eat. It builds the whole timeline backward from that moment and rings a real alarm for every step, from the first mix to "remove and serve."

HOW IT WORKS
1. Add your pizzas. Pick a recipe and how many.
2. Pick an eat time, or tap ASAP to start now.
3. Cook by the alarms. Each one tells you exactly what to do next.

BUILT BACKWARD FROM DINNER
- Choose the moment you want to eat; PieForge schedules everything before it
- Plans across days, so a four-day cold ferment is just another step
- Mixing two styles? Different lead times are coordinated around your serving time
- Preview the full schedule before a single alarm is set

ONE OVEN, MANY PIES
- Bakes are grouped into batches that fit your oven and racks
- Sauces linked to a recipe get their own step at the right time
- Set up your ovens once: racks, heat source, max temperature

ALARMS YOU CAN TRUST
- Alarms ring even when the phone is locked or the app is closed, with required alarm and notification permissions enabled
- Every alarm names the step. Open the active cook for instructions and ingredients
- Running late? Delay a reminder or move later steps with it
- Finish early? Eligible steps can bring later steps forward
- Optional spoken alarms announce each step while PieForge is open

RECIPES WITH TIMING BUILT IN
- Every recipe carries its own steps and timing, so there is nothing to set up on the night
- Weight-based dough recipes, with baker's percentage tools for adjusting formulas
- Start from the built-in cookbook or write your own
- Copy a recipe and adapt it to your flour, your oven, your schedule

TOOLS FOR DOUGH NERDS
- Dough calculator with baker's percentages
- Hydration and scaling calculators
- Bake logs to remember what worked
- Import and export recipes
